8 years ago Basma struggled with insomnia and after doing some research she came across the many benefits that mediation and breath work in the Yoga practice can have on this condition. She took her first class, enjoyed it and decided to continue. The longer she practiced the more benefits she saw and that turned her into a dedicated practitioner. After 6 years of a consistent practice Basma decided to shift her career from a corporate job to teaching Yoga. She took her first 200 YTT in Vinyasa Yoga followed by 100 YTT in Hatha Yoga. In addition to teaching Yoga, Basma studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a Health Coach. She combines both Yoga and nutrition training in showing people to lead healthier and balanced lives.
Currently Basma teaches Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.
